Peanut Butter Biscuits

On Friday afternoon I finally had some free time so i decided to do some baking. There was a bit of left over peanut butter. It became my inspiration for these chocolate coconut flavoured biscuits, they tasted really good so I thought I'd share the recipe!



Ingredients

-1 cup rolled oats
-1/2 cup almond meal
-1/2 cup desiccated coconut
-1/2 cup cornflakes
-1/2 mashed banana
-1 tablespoon coca powder
-1 egg
-1 tablespoon oil
-2 tablespoons maple syrup
-peanut butter for icing!

Mix all the ingredients together. You can add chocolate chips etc. if you like. Add more oil if the mix is too dry or syrup if it's not sweet enough. Roll into little balls and squish them onto an oven tray lined with baking paper. Bake for 10 minutes or until crispy at 180 degrees Celsius. Once they've cooled, ice each biscuit with peanut butter and sprinkle with coconut or sandwich two biscuits together.
