Beutron-ify

It's August, the last month of winter here in Australia. So long cold dark mornings and excessive tea drinking! As the temperature rises I won't be needing my sweater either.

Last year there was a little bit of a 'comic bubble' sweater fad. Now having your chest emblazed with *POW* seems very quirky. Unfortunately it was also very pricey so I settled for one a little lower down. I'm really not quite sure why at the time I wasn't put off the the wording.... I mean- "SSHHH!" ? That's not exactly a statement I associate with having a good time.
Lacking the acquisition of anything better this year, I've once a gain donned this.... quiet? memorabilia. 

Then at Spotlight on Friday, my mum found the most adorable iron on patches! I knew they'd be the perfect thing to fix a hole my sweater had managed to obtain.

and you know what? I think this it's started to grow on me...
